Five Stars. Driving thru Big Rapids I had engine troubles with my RV. I found Johnson’s and couldn’t have been more fortunate to have Richard and Adam help get me back on the road. While we had to wait on the specific part needed to make the repair, it was the accurate diagnosis of what was the problem that got us back on the road. I couldn’t have asked for more thoughtful and professional service. Their billing rates were fair as they took more time to analyze the problem that that for which I was billed. Rvr

I'm a student at Ferris State from out of state. One the most nerve wracking things about moving is not knowing where to go to get your vehicle repaired. Everyone at Johnson's was very nice and most importantly they were straightforward. They kept me notified on the progress of the repair and the quote very accurate compared to the end bill. I would highly recommend.
