Got stuck with a previous establishment 'guessing' and guessing what's WRONG on my car repair a few times while costs kept going up! A friend referred me to Johnson's Automotive. Called, got an appointment the next day, then within 20 minutes my car was repaired correctly and I was out the door! If you ever got bad service and then found good service like Johnson's you feel good REAL good that there are honest people, you just have to find them=and you just did!

They got my car fixed and truely wanted to help me without price gouging me. They look out for you as a person, not a paycheck!

My son, who is a student at Ferris, had some issues with his car and these folks took fantastic care of us in getting him taken care of. I dealt mostly with Adam, but between he and Bill, they got us taken care of and I couldn’t be happier! Not only did they get on it right away and get it fixed, they assured me that they would be happy to work on transportation between their place and school so that I don’t have to worry about making the trip from Grand Rapids to babysit everything! As a parent of a kiddo who is away from home, it is so comforting to know that there are people out there who are as interested in getting him taken care of as I am! I would highly recommend them and will be a Customer forever!

Had very good experience with an employee named Bill. He was very helpful and informative. Earned my trust and will definitely come back in the future (although hopefully won't need to!).

Bill and his team have once again gone above and beyond. I love working with a local business and getting the personal relationship with them. A very trustworthy group to deal with. we use them for all of our auto repairs.

Recently had a motor installed in my daughter's Mazda by Johnson's Automotive. Unfortunately it was burning oil right away but ran perfectly. Contacted Johnson's and talked to Bill. He understood and had us do a oil consumption test for the next few weeks. It proved to be worthy of replacing. We took it back and they installed another motor with less miles (under warranty) and the new motor runs great and burns no oil. So far all is well. Great service and back up their work. Highly recommend Johnson's Automotive!
