I really had no idea that my alternator needed to be replaced. I was having a number of electrical issues. I had my van towed to Johnson’s. They figured out. They also found an oil leak and damaged oil pump, which they fixed. They did it all for about exactly what they quoted me: $3k, which seems like a lot of money, but is actually quite reasonable given the severity of the situation. My only concern is that it took almost two weeks to finish the job. Aside from that, I am definitely pleased with the results. I am going to return to Johnson’s for all my future automotive repairs.

Excellent quick service, though I just dropped in without an appointment, because I was traveling and sensed a problem with a wheel. The professionalism and kindness were refreshing. The waiting area is lovely. Everyone I encountered was attentive and respectful.

I hit a deer two weeks ago and had to purchase a new vehicle because I had to purchase it out of pocket. This shop is professional, clean, and very competitive on local pricing. Best of all, I trust the work I've got done. Jake has gone out of the way to help my wife and I get the work done on our vehicles in prompt manner many times and even Lee the owner has followed up to make sure we're happy with the work.

Great people and great service. Check engine light came on in my Dodge Diesel and after diagnosing the issue it turned out to be a major repair. Went in on a Thursday and repairs were completed by Monday. I highly recommend!

We originally took our car to a different shop that doesn't do transmission work and they indicated that the codes for the check engine light were transmission related. We then took our vehicle to Johnson's Automotive in Mt. Pleasant and they checked it out and said it didn't need transmission work, it was just low on transmission fluid. I greatly appreciated their honesty. They did suggest tires and shocks which we went ahead and did. They were very informative and took good care of us.

Very pleased with the work ethic and desire to ensure our vehicle was 100% correct prior to delivery. It was as if they treated our vehicle like their own and didn't settle for 2nd best.
