Courteous and professional at Johnson's. I was visiting my sister from 800 miles away when my air conditioning went out and they scheduled an appointment, checked the system out and performed a recharge of they system and added coolant and we were ready to go. Would definitely use them again if I ever encounter issues in Michigan again. My sister also uses them for her repairs and service.

Honest, thorough, fair! These guys were great. We broke down passing through big rapids after picking up a camper. We had several people suggest Johnson's, they were closed but we chanced having it towed there anyway. They called first thing Monday after hearing our voice mail. The trans was blown in the truck we had picked up the day before the break down. They were very busy, but hearing we were stranded in town until the truck was fixed, they squeezed us in, working early and late hours. Promised to have us on the road by Friday, trans came in on Wednesday, was installed that day. Unfortunately the transfer case was also a problem. They called around found a local shop to weld aluminum, we were back on the road Thursday! A day earlier than promised. Thanks to these great guys, we were able to continue the journey home! Highly recommend Johnson's!

Transmission went out on Monday. Had new transmission with 3 year warranty installed by Friday afternoon for pickup. Fast and efficient with repair.

Honest and reliable.. these guys are great.

I went to O'Riley's auto parts first because my check engine light was on, and they have free inspections for check engine lights. Their technology said that I had a bad O2 sensor. So that is why I originally went to Johnson's Auto, because I thought I needed an O2 sensor replaced. I made an appointment for that, and when I came to my appointment, they advised me to do a diagnosis check instead, because there could be more wrong. And I'm so glad they did. Because apparently my O2 sensor was fine. Instead my fuel lines were rusted out. They said they were really booked, but thankfully squeezed me in to get my lines replaced. They also said that it would take two days to order parts and actually replace my lines. But it only took one day! I'm so thankful that my car is up and running again!
