I’ve been going here for years for all my car repairs. The staff are so friendly, helpful when I’m in a pinch, honest about what repairs are necessary immediately and I never feel like I’m being talked down to or like I can’t ask questions if I don’t understand what repairs need done.

I found Johnson's to be thorough, competent, professional and courteous when they repaired my power steering system. I was visiting friends and relatives in Big Rapids on a road trip from Idaho. Johnson's work make me feel safe making the 2000 mile return trip.
