I found Johnson's to be thorough, competent, professional and courteous when they repaired my power steering system. I was visiting friends and relatives in Big Rapids on a road trip from Idaho. Johnson's work make me feel safe making the 2000 mile return trip.

Did a good job diagnosing and promptly correcting my heater issue, and at a modest cost.

My daughter and I came for vacation, on our way to the hotel her car started to over heat. These great men here at Johnson Automotive not only fixed her car so she could drive back home but they did it cost free to my daughter for the Christmas season. We were so blessed to have found them. Thank you so much again. 😊

With not getting into detail they price gouge. I would not recommend this place to anybody beware.
