Johnson's is always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. They explain things clearly and they go out of their way to make sure that I am satisfied. I highly recommend Johnson's.

I knew that there was a problem with my jeep but couldn't get it figured out at another shop. I was super frustrated and looking for second opinion. Johnson's Auto came through! They really helped me get to the bottom of it. Within a week they had identified the issues, provided me the quote and set a date for work to start. They kept in contact throughout the entire process and finished the work quickly. My experience was great and I highly recommend them!

I have been using backyard mechanics and very small shops to do work in the past, which it’s hard to get your car back in a timely manner and often would not be done and fixed correctly I don’t know that Johnson is any cheaper than the other places but at least it’s done timely and it’s done correctly and they follow up which is unheard of… Big MIke

Shady place, completely diagnosed my truck wrong told me I needed a new transmission and the wanted a ridiculous amount for a rebuild trans. Ended up being a cv joint. After all of that they try and charge a diagnostic charge they didn't do.

Johnson's has once again exceed expectations when servicing a vehicle of mine. It was probably the busiest week of the year for big rapids, graduation week. My car was in a very poor condition. The brakes were mostly gone. After dropping off my car I received a call from one of the technicians who very calmly explained the entire situation he was looking at. He gave me an entire break down of the procedures needing to be done. He also broke apart the estimate into each individual procedure that could be done independent of each other. This was extremely helpful because I was able to prioritize the most important repairs my car needed. I ended up having my rear brake pads, rotors and calipers replaced. Johnson's was able to fit me in to their already booked schedule during the busiest week of the year, finished on time if not early, and treated me with respect and patience. I intend to return for future repairs.

This was my 1st experience with this shop, but it will not be my last! They were very busy, but still managed to squeeze me in and got my repair done very quickly and at a GREAT price. I will absolutely be back! I was confident my teens car was safe & back on the road again. Thank you guys so much for the excellent work!
