I was told the problem was The fuel pump. They changed it out and that did not fix the problem. So they told me they were gonna work on it that night because They think it was the line that went into the gas tank it could’ve been something that came apart. They never started working on it till the following Monday. I didn’t like the fact that I had made an appointment to have my truck worked on they stopped working on it and worked on somebody else’s vehicle before mine was done. I was told good things about this place but that did not fit into my criteria as being a professional business you don’t stop working on somebody’s vehicle till it’s done. On that Friday I thought they were working on it they never called me.I was getting worried that something must really be wrong I called them and that’s when I found out that they had never even worked on it that day that they moved to somebody else’s vehicle.
I understand your concerns. I think that if I remember the conversation we had, I stated that because of the issue we were going to have to Try to squeeze it back in "I can't make any promises at this point". You seemed ok with that (because you agreeed to those terms) and then we found that we were unable to squeeze it in on friday so we used a slot on monday to get it back apart and fix the issue. I thought I called you but if not I should have called you on friday evening to let you know it was going to be monday before we could get it worked in, I am sorry about that.
