Front desk customer service (Adam & Mike) were Pro's to deal with. Prompt, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Detail Oriented. Top notch. I bought a Remanufactured transmission and had Johnsons install it. Install cost was reasonable, fit the job in fairly quickly, assisted well with getting the core returned to the Re-Manufacturer. Trans shifts great... driving home. It'd be a while before any install problems could/would crop up, but honestly I am Not Expecting any of those hiccups. The business has great reviews... and those don't *Just Happen*. When the van broke down 2 hours from home... my wife panic called not knowing what to do... I saw the good reviews, Johnsons lined us up with a great tow (a preferred tow business), rolled the tow into the bill, no immediate out of pocket... and got the job done. ***Relief*** after Chaos. :-) Thanks.
