Out of town traveler with car issues in Big Rapids. Sure glad we found Johnson’s. They fixed us up and Adam, the service agent even gave us a ride to a local restaurant so we could have dinner while we waited for our ride to pick us up. Good communication during the work. Would certainly recommend them.

I was getting ready to go out of town and my car would not start, then it did. I had corrosion on my battery cable. They cleaned it up for me and I also needed a new battery. They got me back on the road so I could go visit my parents. They were very helpful.

I usually only go here or Pennzoil for issues with my car. I’ve only had electrical stuff done here and they are really good and it’s affordable. Only costed $196 to get it fixed. Versus Belle Tire which was $350 if i got it done that day, or $500 if i didn’t get it done that day because it was in a hard spot. I believe it’s Adam and Mike that work up front and they are both very nice. Hopefully no more electrical issues with my car. I will definitely come back here when I need to get my car fixed. I’m hoping to sell my car soon but if I decided to keep it, will definitely be back to get my car fixed since there’s a lot of issues.

What a great experience. I’m from out of town and called in to have these folks take a look at a broken seat belt on my daughters car who is a Ferris student. They were able to fix rather than replace! I won’t hesitate to have the car worked on there in the future.

I had a driveshaft put in by them about a year ago and this summer the carrier barring "spelling may be wrong" went out in it I called them to let them know that another mechanic told me the issue they let me know it was under warranty through them. They called the place for the part, that place had to call around to find the part eventually they did and in a couple days they fixed my issue under the warranty and I didnt have to come out of pocket for it a penny!! This was all after I had paid for my breaks to be done twice by others because they kept telling me it was my breaks squealing and it wasn't the whole time. The guy Mike was nice and vary helpful through it all, Thank you Johnsons Automotive!
