It took 9 days total for them to complete the process of fixing a fan in my car. I paid $940 for that replacement with labor, the part, and diagnostics.
I can not remember the exact situation but I hope this is about right. The vehicle was towed in, and on the 6th of Oct (Thursday) we wrote up the paperwork and we made time to look at the issue. The vehicle repairs were finished on the 13th (thursday)(7 days later). The diagnostic on the overtemp issue that resulted in loss of coolant, was do to the radiator cooling fan assembly being defective. It is a pulse width modulated fan assembly that is controlled by the power train control module and could only be purchased from the dealer for your 2018 vehicle. It took us a few few days to get the part in ,but a week to get the amount of time nesseccary to replace the assembly and the blue antifreeze your vehicle takes is pricey. If you have any issues please give us a call.
