I had a bad experience with this place. I give a 0 star review. Took my vehicle here and 2 and a half hours and 2 test drives later they still couldn't figure it out. Took it somewhere else and they took it for 1 test drive and they figured it out right away. Waste of my time and money!!
Hello Jessica, we are disappointed to see this one-star review. We do understand that car troubles can be frustrating. At the same time, we expect our customers to know that some vehicle issues are intermittent. One moment everything is great, the next not so much. It's like a child who is sick at home and shows no signs at the doctor's office. Knowing this, it is easier to understand why we spent extra time trying to diagnose the problem. We went the extra mile (test drives, diagnostics, etc. at no extra charge) to get the problem to replicate itself. Lastly, we invited you to bring it by when it is acting up again and we will test it further (no charge). Bringing a vehicle back to the shop is common, but not everyone will offer to invest more time at no charge. Ultimately, we are glad another shop was able to look at the car while it was acting up and diagnose the problem. We wish it was acting up when we had it, but unfortunately, that was not the case. You have the option to keep your review at one star. You also have the option to increase it by a star or two. Most people reserve the one-star review for situations where no attempt was made to remedy the situation. That is not the case here. We wish you safety on the roads and the best of luck in the future.
