Good service. Picked the car up Friday so hopefully, all remains good. Came here because I was tired of getting the car fixed and having other things pop up weeks later. This will be my new place as long as it’s fixed properly the first time.

The staff at Johnson's is always very thorough and explain everything in a way that you can understand. Their prices I feel are on point. They care about the customers best interest is.

We really do care about our customers. We continuously train ourselves to put ourselves in the customer shoes while also keeping in mind that we are a for-profit business so we are able to kind of balance in the middle. Your transportation device a.k.a. vehicle is one of the largest assets that you own not a great investment, but one of the greatest assets. Went for oil change was supposed to rotate tires don't believe they did has a note that the nuts had rust under the plating plus I have a sensor for low tire was on for left front tire after oil change it's still left front tire

The lug nuts are swollen from rust under the caps and if we remove them you would have to buy lug nuts to reinstall. We do not force anyone to purchase anything so we did not perform the rotation do to it not being approved to go further. We do not buy parts for repairs we would need to charge for those parts, if you want it done we can get you a price and do it for you.
