The staff at Johnson's demonstrated their integrity in two separate situations during my visit. They could have stretched the truth and made more money but they went above and beyond to communicate clearly and provide high quality service. I also witnessed them going out of their way to communicate labor cost and repair options with another customer before performing an emergency repair on her vehicle. After my experience, I trust their word and their work.

Makes me so happy to hear. I opened this place for only one reason. After being in the back as a tech watching what others where doing to their customers, I said "Lord there has to be an honest way to do this, and if not I can not continue to be a mechanic". Well I can say, God knew and He put me behind the wheel to make it happen (because I seek His ways, They are bigger than my ways). I am thankful to God every day for His love for this community and for me. I also try to surround myself with people that are more skilled than myself. I AM BLESSED. Got me back on the road in 2hrs from an unexpected breakdown

It took 9 days total for them to complete the process of fixing a fan in my car. I paid $940 for that replacement with labor, the part, and diagnostics.

I can not remember the exact situation but I hope this is about right. The vehicle was towed in, and on the 6th of Oct (Thursday) we wrote up the paperwork and we made time to look at the issue. The vehicle repairs were finished on the 13th (thursday)(7 days later). The diagnostic on the overtemp issue that resulted in loss of coolant, was do to the radiator cooling fan assembly being defective. It is a pulse width modulated fan assembly that is controlled by the power train control module and could only be purchased from the dealer for your 2018 vehicle. It took us a few few days to get the part in ,but a week to get the amount of time nesseccary to replace the assembly and the blue antifreeze your vehicle takes is pricey.
