I stopped into the Mount pleasant location after I encountered a problem with my truck. I did not have an appointment and they got me right in and helped. Great service and they were very helpful and fast at fixing. Would highly recommend!

Not impressed over charged for fixing my daughters car came back with more problems then it had when we brought it in place is a joke would not recommend after 2k in repairs car is worse off then it was when we had it dropped off !

We just moved to Big Rapids about a year ago. Our first repair need was brakes on my wife's car. They did a great job, were prompt and courteous. When my car needed a battery, I brought it into Johnson's and with no notice or appointment they squeezed me in and installed a new battery on the spot while I waited. Again, good work, fast and courteous. I can't know for sure, but they seem kind of expensive. But it's good peace-of-mind that they do good work and I think it's worth it to have work done by a first-rate, professional, repair shop.

Fast and friendly service

I was referred to Johnson auto by Bell tire, I wanted to have a lube job & differential oil changed. But upon inspection there was something more pressing & a safety issue for me being on the road. The guys at Johnson did an awsome job at pointing out that safety is FIRST. And completed my car in the same day, I believe the mechanic stayed past closing time to finish my car. This is the loyalty Johnson has went it comes to customers. Very highly recommended. Todd Spaans

Did a great job on my repair. Stayed in contact to let me know where they were on the repair and when it would be done. They had a technician stay late to finish it so I could get my vehicle back.
