I truly appreciate Johnson Automotive due to their integrity, honesty, depth of technical knowledge, expertise and customer positive attitude/service! I have only Johnson’s work on my vehicles and have for years! They maintain both my domestic and foreign vehicles. They just worked on my all wheel drive vehicle by replacing key drive train fluids as well as putting in new spark plugs. The car has never performed better than after their work! I trust my vehicle to perform perfectly no matter how far a trip might be taken because Johnson’s has always been so trustworthy in their work! It is better than a GREAT PLACE to take your vehicle to for updating or repair!!!! And, they get to your work in a very efficient time!!!

The guy I spoke to at the shop and over the phone was super kind and patient. I’m a young, first time car owner who doesn’t have a lot of knowledge about auto work, but he explained everything to me so I could make informed decisions about the work I needed done. They did a very thorough evaluation and efficient work on my car. I was very happy with the service!

They charged me the full price for diagnoses even though they only diagnosed 1 out of the 3 problems I was having and wanted me to throw parts at it and spend a bunch of money without knowing if it would fix the problems. They also forgot a lot of the stuff I told them about my car over the phone.

Called a few days ahead to set up appointment and was a bit disappointed that it took all day. Was impressed that they stayed late to finish it. The front desk person was extremely polite and friendly. Was disappointed that they are recommending over $4000 in additional repairs. Only 46,000 miles. Several repairs, when I looked online are not even considered until 70-100,000. Wow! Am getting a second opinion on that. Needed the brakes done. They were definitely going bad. Car is working better with new brakes. They even showed me the rotors. They did look bad. We have always had excellent service on the work we have had done there. I have since received a phone call from Johnsons explaining that these things are not dire and may not need to be dine for a year or 2. The conversation I had was we will get the brakes done and then we can look into scheduling the rest. I appreciate the explanation and clarification. Thank you.
