Goodwell Auto is more honest. Johnson's Auto didn't want to fix my slave cylinder (s-10) so they made sure I'd opt out by using their diagnostic inspection as a tool. I paid them the $40 for telling me I had other things wrong with the truck (which I new) but won't go back. I didn't appreciate being jerked around.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car unless it was an extreme emergency. I trust them like nobody else.

Johnson's ALWAYS comes through for me! Whenever I call, Bill always asks intelligent questions; he is careful to schedule thoughtfully. When he calls to explain whatever the technician has determined, he always checks to be certain I understand the issue completely. Repairs are done RIGHT. Any upcoming or foreseeable issues are always made known to me. Any question I have is promptly addressed. I have never once felt like I was paying too much, either. I trust these people.
