The workers were very friendly and my car was inspected, fixed, and done all in a very timely fashion. They even answered some general car questions I had without hesitation.

We recognize that we did not follow though. The customer had dropped the vehicle off at 8am, at 10 o'clock we called to ask what time he wanted the vehicle back and he stated I have been waiting for it. We had it done in 45 min.

Johnson's is very friendly and does a thorough job.

I did feel that she left without understanding fully the repairs that will need to be performed. We tried to explain it as well as we could. Cars are frustrating at times, we all know that.
