Honest thorough service

Every one was so nice even though I thought I had a 10:00 appointment but it was really for 9:00.

I took my car in to get it checked out, I Tried my best to fix it myself, but I simply do not have the time. Johnsons took really good care of my car as always and fixed it all up. It was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but I know it was done right.

Even though they we short handed the day I was in, Lee made sure and took care of everyone quickly.

I brought my car in for evaluation. Bill was very thorough and gave me individual estimates so I could chose what work to be done and in which order. I have a limited budget so this was helpful to me. I had some work done and it was done right. I was given a ride to work which was very helpful. I have now scheduled to have more work done.

Everyone at Johnson's is excellent!! They go out of their way to provide the best service possible. Lee even came in on Saturday to work on my jeep so I could have it back sooner. I like their dedication to service. They were able to find the problem quickly and fixed it right. I have had no repeat of this problem. They automatically check everything and alert me if there is something to watch for in the future or suggest repairs needed. They have NEVER tried to talk me into unneeded repairs.

What a relief to have the brakes fixed on such short notice and a a very reasonable cost!
