I was in Big Rapids from out of state and had truck issues. Johnson Automotive was nice enough to work me in and get me back home. Other shops said that they were too busy, but JA listened to my dilemma and got me back on the road. For that, I was truly grateful and impressed.

They put my dodge in limp mode and let the air out of one tire after they suggested it to me and I knew what it was so i told them no! My truck lasted 3 days after that!

Thank you! For getting me out of my predicament during the snowy season, my car broke down, and these men did a great job and refunded my money for the engine repair. Congratulations, men! God bless you! I truly appreciate what you did to fix my car. Even though you had too much work, you took the time to help me out of my predicament. I'm Mexican, and I'm very grateful to these men!

God bless you on your travels. Glad you made it and we are happy to do the right thing. We have made some changes to that process and I never knew engine mount bolts were one time use on Volkswagens. But now we do.

We have been bringing our vehicles to Johnson’s for years. This last time we had a VERY difficult truck. Something would get replaced and other things would go out on the motor. We ended up just having to replace the entire motor. It took a few weeks and we were very aggravated about it but Lee was amazing with everything. He worked with us and we picked our truck up happy and satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.

It’s never great to have things go sideways but we are happy it worked out. Rob worked so hard the first time and the second time. He is such a great mechanic.

A missed diagnosis was fixed with no cost to me. They were upfront about it as soon as it was discovered and fixed it right. This was true transparency. That why we have been taking our cars there for about the last 10 years or so and will continue to do so.

You’re not truly learning unless you’re being honest and holding yourself responsible. All good things come with consequences. And we truly appreciate you understanding the mistake made was not our intention, and allowing us to start over and repair it correctly. Some people don’t think you should ever make a mistake and they get mad even when you do the right thing, and I’m glad we caught it before it left the shop.
