The owner, Lee Johnson, is truly a good man. I came in with a tough situation, and instead of brushing me off, he took time out of his day to help — not just with my truck, but as a human being. You don’t see that kind of character in this world much anymore. Greg was solid too. Both of them went above and beyond. Real people, real respect.

I am proud of you. We discussed many things as we spent time together. I will try to remember to give you a call soon. I Hope that God is with you. He will listen to you, so make sure to talk to Him.

Definitely recommend! They were easy to schedule with and got me right in. The pricing was fair. They are very knowledgeable, got everything on my list I asked for fixed for me. One of the parts installed failed (factory error) and they got me right back in and replaced it at no cost. These are my new go to guys! :)

I just installed calipers today that both the calipers are seized. I do not understand the remanufacture quality one will be great the next no good. I’m glad we were able to get that taken care of for you and that you were not upset with us about it. Things Take time to work out and we’re always there for you

Beyond words, appreciative! I phoned the Mount Pleasant location and spoke with Jake regarding an issue I was having with my 2019 Ford edge. I explained that I had just had the spark plugs replaced and now I had an unexplained misfire. Jake was able to get me in that afternoon for a diagnostics analysis. Truly, the best $129 I have spent. All of my questions were answered, my car repair completed quickly and a full explanation of what had been tested and the results were on my receipt. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much Johnson automotive.

I am new to Big Rapids, my car needed service and I did not know where to go. Someone told me about Johnsons Automotive here in town . I gave them a call told them what I needed, they got me an appointment quickly. My car was repaired and I was on my way home . Very friendly and helpful ! Would definitely recommend them.

I was in Big Rapids from out of state and had truck issues. Johnson Automotive was nice enough to work me in and get me back home. Other shops said that they were too busy, but JA listened to my dilemma and got me back on the road. For that, I was truly grateful and impressed.

They put my dodge in limp mode and let the air out of one tire after they suggested it to me and I knew what it was so i told them no! My truck lasted 3 days after that!
