They were very helpful and informative. The tech talked me through the whole process of what he was found and what he expected to accomplish.

i was able to make contact thru email and in no time i had the answer to my questions and they were able to get it right in there the next and called about the cost of my repairs and found other issues that i was not even aware parts i and they were able to get the parts in by the next morning and get those put in right away

Friendly, helpful, gave both best & worst case scenario estimates, and it turned out the best case. Unlike some places where they give a best case estimate and then you end up paying for a worst case that was never even mentioned in the estimation process, the folks a Johnson Automotive said they would do the minimum required, and did just that. I will definitely o to them again.
