As usual the service was great, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They breathed life into a 13 year old car runs just fine and for a fair Price!

They have always been extremely honest with me. They are extremely fair in pricing and if you don't need so.ething they tell you and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Very timely also. Very friendly. I don't go anywhere else and send friends to them.

Don't work on foreign cars. Boo! They hung up on me after I asked about doing work on my Nissan Xterra

I am sorry, that information is not correct, we do work on foreign cars. I will say that sometimes we think the conversation is over and hang up to early. I am sorry about that. We service many Nissan Xterras. However we can not program security on certain models do to the proprietary software needed to maneuver the security protocols. So we suggested to take it to the dealer for the issue you were having. We now have 2 service writers and so there is more time to explain these things more correctly and I hope I am not being rude now. Thank you for your Review it means a lot to me to be able to explain.

Very nice staff. They were very honest and did not take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Thoroughly explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely return for any future car troubles.

Service was great as always. We did not have an appointment, but we still received service. We were warned of a potential issue coming up and were told that Denny's Muffler may be able to make a repair. If not, then we could bring it back for a replacement at $715. Denny's was able to make the repair. I just like knowing I can trust and count on Johnson's Automotive.
