Johnsons Automotive operates with great integrity. I brought my vehicle in for an issue with a coil. All of my coils had been replaced at Johnsons about a year prior. This was the second time I had been in with a coil issue since the replacement. Instead of replacing the part which was covered under warranty, they opted to replace ALL of my coils with a different brand of coils that was more expensive, at no cost to me. They wanted to make sure I would not be back in for the same issue again, so they ate the cost of switching to a new brand, and they had my car back to me that same day. Johnsons went above and beyond to give me great service and told me "it was just the right thing to do."
