Having a son in college can be challenging. When his car breaks down and you don't know where to send it, well now we just added a bit of stress. Fortunately, Johnson's Automotive popped up in Google. Josh answered the phone just 15 minutes before closing and I was able to get the car in the next day. I had a call by 10:30 am letting me know what they found. The estimated repair was fair and I had a call back before I felt I needed to call them later that afternoon. I used to be a service writer and this was handled exactly the way it should be. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

My car was fixed within the 3 hours they had estimated of me bringing it in. They also lent me a car to drive to my house and wait rather than sitting up there the whole time. Amazing people won’t cheat you of your money. My car feels so much safer to drive.

Friendly! Professional! Helpful! Fast! My daughter is up at Ferris State and I am hours away. She needed car service and Josh at Johnson Automotive took car of my concerns and worries about finding a trustworthy mechanic. They got her car in right away, emailed me the quote, ordered the parts, and she was on her way the next day. This repair could have been $3000+ but the honest staff at Johnson Mechanic was able to fix her problem for a little over $500. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will be a returning customer during her college years. Thank you.
