Great service, came in with a lower cost than competition, had I had that amount of funds available Johnson Automotive would have done the work, I trust them to do the work on my car in the past and they have never steered me wrong, just this time I needed to go a route with remanufactured parts and save some cash. Open and honest!

I was very satisfied with my dealings with Johnson automotive. So far they have fixed two of my vehicles and I am very pleased with their service. I will never go to the dealerships in town when there is a place like Johnson automotive where I can get a quality repair for a fair price and not feel worried that someone was scamming me like at the big dealerships.

I appreciate their honesty and their consideration for my budget. I would say they are like family, but the employees at Johnson's Auto are kind and friendly. LOL!

We stopped through on our way up to Traverse City from down state, having an issue with the latch on the hood of our car who do you call on a Friday around closing? Johnson’s Automotive Repair! My daughter attends fsu. Her battery died in the extreme. Johnsons went out of the way to squeeze her in on a busy day and install a new one. So nice. They have repaired her car in the past with great results. Highly recommended!
