Very professional from start to finish. Two people and a very trusted auto repair shop that was just too busy to help me directed me there. I've already recommended to a friend. They are true to their word.

I got over charged for services i didnt ask for. Almost $300 later, and the problem i went in for still wasnt fixed.

We did talk about the repairs before moving forward. the water pump was falling apart, and so we needed to repair the water pump before we could drive the vehicle and diagnose the original concern. We talked and you did approve the water pump and I thought we told you this issue may be the original issue but we would need to repair it then move forward from there, but if that was not clear We do apologize. Our goal is to provide Honesty and Integrity with every experience and I know we needed to drive the vehicle to diagnose the original issue but we felt it not a good idea because if we had overheated the engine we would have been responsible to replace that and so we sold the water pump then figured out the other issue.

First thing I noticed was how clean this place was. One of the nicest auto repair garages I've ever seen, very clean. Reason i went there was for a windshild replacement, turns out they were cheaper by $50 then the other place in town. I'd go back for anything I'll need in the future.

Very professional and helpful . Work was done in a timely manner and I really appreciate the diagnostics and options on getting things done. Will definitely be taking my vehicles back whenever I have a issue or just simple maintenance
