Requested a vehicle diagnosis. Got right on it, got back to me quickly with an answer. Asked about cost to repair - was reasonable, so I had them fix it. Repaired quickly.

Having a son in college can be challenging. When his car breaks down and you don't know where to send it, well now we just added a bit of stress. Fortunately, Johnson's Automotive popped up in Google. Josh answered the phone just 15 minutes before closing and I was able to get the car in the next day. I had a call by 10:30 am letting me know what they found. The estimated repair was fair and I had a call back before I felt I needed to call them later that afternoon. I used to be a service writer and this was handled exactly the way it should be. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
