I got over charged for services i didnt ask for. Almost $300 later, and the problem i went in for still wasnt fixed.
We did talk about the repairs before moving forward. the water pump was falling apart, and so we needed to repair the water pump before we could drive the vehicle and diagnose the original concern. We talked and you did approve the water pump and I thought we told you this issue may be the original issue but we would need to repair it then move forward from there, but if that was not clear We do apologize. Our goal is to provide Honesty and Integrity with every experience and I know we needed to drive the vehicle to diagnose the original issue but we felt it not a good idea because if we had overheated the engine we would have been responsible to replace that and so we sold the water pump then figured out the other issue.
