I had car trouble with my new used vehicle. Unfortunately this was a VERY expensive issue to repair, but not Johnson's fault. While I was disappointed with the cost of this repair, I can't imagine another facility I would have had do the work. I know they do a comprehensive job and ALWAYS stand behind their work. If you are reading reviews looking for a new repair facility, Johnson's is LEGIT!!! I have gotten all auto repairs through them for years.

I highly recommend Johnson’s Automotive. I moved away from Big Rapids a few months ago but I still bring my car to Johnson’s to do regular maintenance and any repairs.Last week I couldn’t get my 1997 Toyota started. Over the phone they helped me to figure out the problem so I could get the car started and bring it into the shop. They are always friendly, honest and they do good work at a fair price. At Johnson’s they go the extra mile!!!

This is my first time writing a google review, but felt compelled to because of their excellent service. I am not automobile literate- at all- so I always feel apprehensive when going into a dealership, automotive repair shop or even when getting my oil changed. These guys are nothing but trustworthy and VERY fairly priced. I had 4 tires and a couple of wheel bearings replaced. I live 90 minutes away, but go to school in Big Rapids, and will probably drive the 90 minutes even when I'm done with school if my car needs to be serviced again.

had a wiring problem diagnosed the problem promptly and at a very fair charge !!!!!!!!!
