Very, very rude. I asked one question and they cut me off and spark a attutude. Sorry I'm a teenager out on my own with only a part time job and no experience with cars thanks for making me feel like Less of a person. I will NEVER even try to go here for anything.
Thank you for telling us your honest opinion. That is wrong of us to come across in this way. I am sorry when we did this, and I believe it did happen. I will say that this behavior has been addressed and should not continue. We strive to make things easy and I am sorry if your experience was anything less then that. We would like an opportunity to serve you the same way we have with all of our 5 star customers. please accept my apology and if you can give us a chance on your next vehicle issue, we appreciate it.
