I was very satisfied with my dealings with Johnson automotive. So far they have fixed two of my vehicles and I am very pleased with their service. I will never go to the dealerships in town when there is a place like Johnson automotive where I can get a quality repair for a fair price and not feel worried that someone was scamming me like at the big dealerships.

I appreciate their honesty and their consideration for my budget. I would say they are like family, but the employees at Johnson's Auto are kind and friendly. LOL!

We stopped through on our way up to Traverse City from down state, having an issue with the latch on the hood of our car who do you call on a Friday around closing? Johnson’s Automotive Repair! They were so helpful and quick. Not knowing what you will get when you are from out of town, I would recommend this shop to anyone. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road!

great personal service got us in on a very wintry day honest and prompt service

My daughter attends fsu. Her battery died in the extreme. Johnsons went out of the way to squeeze her in on a busy day and install a new one. So nice. They have repaired her car in the past with great results. Highly recommended!

Bill was extremely helpful! He was super fast and they run a great business! We had an alternator go out on our way up north and they were able to get it replaced in an hour and on our way. Can't thank you enough!

Went to multiple automotive repair shops and got a great deal compared to other places, the staff was also very nice and informative. I went in having no clue what was wrong and they instantly figured it out and explained it to me very well. Will definitely be using this location for my car repairs I may need in the future while I am attending Ferris State!
