Great customer service! Makes the customer feel important. Very professional.

I see that we recommended the sway bar links in history, and is it not awesome to get a through inspection when you get the time to bring your equinox to the shop. I push my employees to imagine they ARE the customer. This helps each one to remember to look it over, because a lot of wonderful customers do not get the opportunity to get that professional opinion each time there vehicle is in for service. We are maybe the only chance they have to truly know what needs to be repaired. Thank you for that opportunity.

I appreciate how professional your office staff was, and how your technician went through a complete analysis, and explained exactly what he had found. Completed my oil change and very thorough courtesy inspection within 45 minutes. Went over everything in depth with what they saw. Got a deal for $24.99 for the oil change! Would likely return. Didn’t try and rip me off or talk me into things my car doesn’t need.

Took our 2010 Ford Ranger in to Johnson's. Had an electrical issue, dash lights flashing, no power to ignition to start it. Lee started working on it immediately and found a major wire connector was not properly connected. He fixed it fast with very little money out of my pocket. They get right to the point without messing around and get it done.

Thank you for the opportunity to Diagnose the issue. It is often the simple things that cause major break downs. This one was simple to fix but complicated for many others. We strive to make the difficult easy for our customers, Thank you again.

Great service, came in with a lower cost than competition, had I had that amount of funds available Johnson Automotive would have done the work, I trust them to do the work on my car in the past and they have never steered me wrong, just this time I needed to go a route with remanufactured parts and save some cash. Lee Johnson, Rich, & crew great people to contact for car work.

Johnson's replaced my 2006 Dakota transmission while I was traveling in Michigan. They went out of their way to get me on my way ASAP, and charges were reasonable. Great to work with and friendly too! Thanks so much, Bryant Doll
