I came in to get a estimate for our vehicle and I was talked to rudely and Had a lot of hostility towards me because I stated what was wrong with the car and he did not believe me as if what I was saying that was wrong didn’t needs to be fixed.
Sorry, We should have just given you a quote. We did not mean to argue with you. I think we just wanted to look at it before we gave an extensive quote on repairs, we see often are not the cause of the complaint. We should have done the quote and then talked about getting it in to look at it, before the repairs are scheduled. sorry
