Big Rapids and Mount Pleasant Auto Repair

Our daughter is a student at Ferris and could not get her car door to close this morning. We live in Rockford and tried talking her through it. She just couldn't get it to close. We googled car mechanics in Big Rapids and ended up having it towed to Johnson's. So happy we did! When it arrived there, of course the door closed. Bill lubed up all the door mechanisms and tested the door various times. He even took the car for a test drive to make sure it was in good working order for her. All of this for no charge! He even offered to help with getting her car back to her. As a parent with a student in another town, it is so reassuring to know we have a great place to call on if needed! Thank you so much Bill for your help. It is so appreciated!!

I would give Johnson's Automotive 10 stars if they would allow it. They are very honest, have reasonable prices and are very quick. They also give you excellent customer service along with good information about your vehicle. I will definitely always give them my business when needed.

They have a lovely sitting room with very comfortable seats available. They were very nice and did not pressure me into fixing other issues with my car. It was a nice "this is other things we found, call us if you'd like us to get it fixed up for you". While waiting for my car to be done, I couldn't help but hear their communication between the various workers. They seem to respect each other and value each others ideas and opinions. Overall it was a wonderful experience, I'm looking forward to my next visit. (knock on wood, hopefully not soon).
