Bill was extremely helpful! He was super fast and they run a great business! We had an alternator go out on our way up north and they were able to get it replaced in an hour and on our way. Can't thank you enough!

Went to multiple automotive repair shops and got a great deal compared to other places, the staff was also very nice and informative. I went in having no clue what was wrong and they instantly figured it out and explained it to me very well. Will definitely be using this location for my car repairs I may need in the future while I am attending Ferris State!

They are so nice , and don’t beat around the bush. They tell you the problem and the cost up front for you to verify what you want done. I always take my car here, and even though I’m a college student, they are affordable and never try to take advantage of my time or “ignorance”. :)

If you're looking for a hundred percent mechanic this is the place brought my Acura in for a bad timing chain and replaced two days back on the road feels like a new car great communication couldn't ask for better help thanks

So far the service on our vehicle has been good. They've done good work. The guy at the front desk however could be a little more personable. I can't say he's been rude but he doesn't present himself as very friendly either. So far that's been your only downfall.

Thank you for letting us know about the concerns, and I believe these issues have been resolved. We now have 2 service writers and this has reduced the stress on one mans shoulders. He is revealed and knows that his stress was leaking through. Thank you

I came in to get a estimate for our vehicle and I was talked to rudely and Had a lot of hostility towards me because I stated what was wrong with the car and he did not believe me as if what I was saying that was wrong didn’t needs to be fixed.

Sorry, We should have just given you a quote. We did not mean to argue with you. I think we just wanted to look at it before we gave an extensive quote on repairs, we see often are not the cause of the complaint. We should have done the quote and then talked about getting it in to look at it, before the repairs are scheduled. sorry
