Great atmosphere. They have reasonable prices and get the job done quickly without problems. I recently had my timing chain fixed on my equinox and they didn't go a penny over the set price or any longer than the set time frame! I always bring my vehicles here, johnsons is a great place!

Thank goodness we did not go over on the price. We try so hard to stick to the original price and time for that matter, but sometime there are things we can not see or control. I am glad that most of the time we can foresee almost every situation and get things lock down. In your case we nailed it and I am glad. Thanks the the review. See you next time.

Johnson's Staff, especially Bill and Adam, have always treated me with respect and my vehicle with greatest care. As one who is not auto knowledgeable, I appreciate the truth of issues and solutions for my car. Unfortunately my vehicle is not being backed by its original maker, yet Johnson's continuously stands behind their shop, mechanics and work. I am completely satisfied and will continue to use Johnson's for my vehicle care. I encourage anyone looking for a mechanic in the Big Rapids area to try out their shop. You will not be disappointed.
